HCA Healthcare is one of the nation's largest healthcare providers, operating 180+ hospitals and 2,300+ sites of care. Our Clinical Documentation team supports physicians and care teams by keeping patient records accurate, complete, and compliant across multiple service lines.
As a Part-time Remote Clinical Records Specialist, you will process incoming documentation, verify chart completeness, route records to the correct service lines, and flag discrepancies for clinical review. Work is performed in Epic and related HCA systems under clear SOPs. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, mornings or afternoons, 15–24 hours per week. Training covers HCA documentation standards, HIPAA workflows, and specialty-specific templates.
This is a fully remote role for US-based candidates. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace are required.
